SO FRESH. SO BOLD. SO SALSA.

So Salsa, LLC launched in August 2022, but its roots stretch back generations. Raised in Los Angeles, CA where food is culture and community, I fell in love with Mexican flavors early on. After my best friend’s grandmother taught my mother how to make salsa, it became a staple in our home.

When my mother and I moved to Virginia in 1992, authentic, fresh salsa was hard to find—so we made our own. Over time, my homemade salsa and Pico de Gallo became a favorite at gatherings and events, filling a gap I still couldn’t find products to my liking in stores.

I took a leap of faith and began tailoring my recipe for consistency and started sharing my salsa beyond my circle. The support from friends, community members, and spaces like the RVA Black Farmers Market confirmed this was bigger than a hobby.

Today, So Salsa is a rooted in resilience, tradition, and love—bringing bold, fresh, authentic flavor to every container.  It's So Fresh. So Bold. So Salsa!
